This policy explains how Holy Quran Radio collects and manages your data to provide a safe and spiritually enriching experience.

2. Data We Collect

We collect minimal data: Discord User IDs, Guild IDs, and Channel IDs. We also track listening duration and selected stations for ranking statistics.

3. Usage of Data

Data is used solely for service functionality, such as saving your custom Athkar schedules and displaying your rank on the global leaderboard.

4. Data Protection

We use Zero-Trust architecture and AES-256-GCM encryption for all sensitive settings. We DO NOT record voice conversations or store message content.

5. Third-Party Services

Our service relies on Aladhan API for prayer times, and Radiojar or mp3quran for audio streams.

6. Data Retention

Server settings are kept as long as the bot resides in the guild. Analytical logs are retained for 30-90 days to generate engagement statistics.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to request data deletion. You can do so by removing the bot from your server or contacting us via our support server. All guild-specific metadata is purged within 24 hours of bot removal.

8. Security Facts

Noor uses a distributed architecture with separate nodes for Lavalink audio and API management. All administrative actions are logged in our internal AuditLog to prevent unauthorized access.
