1. Acceptance of Terms

By adding Holy Quran Radio to your Discord server or using our dashboard, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, stop using our services immediately.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use this service, in compliance with Discord's Terms of Service and safety guidelines.

3. Acceptable Use

You may use the Bot for listening to the Holy Quran and Islamic reminders. You agree not to abuse or exploit bugs, use the Bot for illegal purposes, or harass others.

4. Intellectual Property

The bot's code and original materials are owned by Holy Quran Radio. However, we do not own the external audio streams provided by third parties.

5. External Content Disclaimer

We do not control the content or availability of external radio platforms such as Radiojar or mp3quran. Prayer data is provided by Aladhan API.

6. Copyright (DMCA)

We respect intellectual property. If you believe your copyrighted content is being streamed without permission, please contact our support team for immediate removal.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our service is provided 'as is'. We use high-performance NVMe SSD servers and redundant network links to ensure 99.9% uptime, but we are not liable for any damages resulting from temporary service interruptions or the content of third-party audio streams.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the bot or dashboard for any violation of these terms, including attempting to reverse-engineer our proprietary image generation engines or bypassing security filters.

9. Technical Usage

Users are prohibited from using scripts or bots to spam our API endpoints or dashboard links. Violators will have their server IPs blacklisted from the Noor neural network.
